TICKET CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (do NOT skip reading this)

This contract is entered into between Sold Out Shows Corp (Consignee) and Consignor (see name below) to sell event tickets on a consignment basis.

PRICING: Sold Out Shows assigns prices at market value via auto-pricing tools.

FEE STRUCTURE: The agreed upon consignment fee will be 12% (effective 8/18/2022) of the net revenue received by Sold Out Shows. This fee is in addition to, separate from, any marketplace fees incurred by Sold Out Shows​.

SALES PROVISION: Consignor (you) agrees to transfer tickets to Sold out Shows if transfer is enabled. From there we will bear full responsibility of selling at the best available market price. If transfer is delayed, you are required to immediately transfer the tickets once available or you will forgo up to a 200% unfulfillment fee.

Sold Out Shows are responsible for fulfilling all orders once your seats sell. The ONLY exception is if the Consignor notifies Sold Out Shows that the tickets need to be removed from the system prior to the Consignee selling the tickets. There is no grace period - once a sale is processed, it is sold.

If the seller requires tickets to be returned for any reason, tickets will be promptly removed from all resale marketplaces by Sold Out Shows. This is a very rare but possible circumstance.

Proceeds from ticket sales will be paid via ACH or Zelle within 14 days after order fulfillment. Invoices will be produced upon sale to verify the sale price and marketplace.

Payments will be issued to the Consignor who signs below.
